RECENT AND UPCOMING events

Dr. Mark Graham will serve as a panelist at the annual NSF Education Core Research (ECR) panel discussion on Advances in Measurement and Assessment in STEM Learning Research, in Washington D.C. this upcoming May.

Post-doctoral associate Kathy Zhang will present findings from an improved model of student buy-in and the process of developing an instrument measuring student trust in their STEM instructor at the annual Society for the Advancement of Biology Education Research (SABER) conference in Minneapolis, MN, this upcoming July. 

Dr. Mark Graham and Program Manager Julie Bennie will be attending the NSF Improving Undergraduate STEM Education (IUSE) Summit in Washington D.C. this June to present a talk and poster on the process of developing, confirming, and validating a pathway model to evaluate Vision & Change, a dynamic movement for reforming undergraduate biology education.

PI Jane Buckley and Program Manager Julie Bennie are presenting a poster at the regional Society for Advancements in Biology Education Research (SABER) conference on the findings derived from developing a pathway model of Vision & Change. The conference will take place this upcoming May in Rochester, NY.
